The Link in Old Town: 2024 Year in Review

As we close out 2024, we reflect on an incredible year of growth, innovation, and community-building at The Link in Old Town. This year has been marked by significant milestones that not only enhanced our offerings but also deepened our connections with members and the local community. From strategic partnerships to exciting renovations, we are proud to celebrate these achievements with you.

In 2024, we forged valuable partnerships with two prominent local businesses: Hyatt Centric Old Town and Greet Del Ray magazine. These collaborations have allowed us to offer exclusive perks and opportunities to our members while also boosting our presence in the community. By aligning with these respected brands, we have expanded our reach and solidified our role as a cornerstone of local business innovation!

Our physical space underwent a stunning transformation this year. We added new mats and roofing to our gym, creating a more comfortable and functional fitness area for our members. Offices received a breath of fresh air with the installation of new windows and shades, providing natural light and enhanced privacy. Additionally, our layout saw a complete revamp, culminating in the opening of an in-house café, where members can now enjoy fresh coffee and pastries while working or networking.

Community events continued to be a highlight of our year, with Taco Tuesday emerging as a member favorite. This fun and delicious event fostered connections and camaraderie among our members. We also organized a successful food drive, rallying our community to give back to those in need. These initiatives underscored our commitment to building not just a workspace but a supportive and thriving community.

As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited to build on this year’s successes and continue creating a coworking experience that inspires and empowers. Thank you to our members, partners, and team for making 2024 a remarkable year. Here’s to even greater achievements in the future!
