Early 20th Century

215 N. Payne Street supported a working-class neighborhood tied to the rail corridor and port.

Late 20th Century

The practical brick-concrete structure leased space to warehousing, small manufacturing, and auto-related tenants.

1980s

2 times NFL Super Bowl Champion Dave Butz owned the property.

1990s-2010s

The building transitions from a Check Soda bottling plant to a repurposed space for small commercial tenants.

2020s

Today, 215 N Payne is a hybrid coworking and wellness hub, supporting your day and Old Town’s future through preservation, local partnerships, and neighborhood events.
